Your funds are completely safe. We only ever use API keys with trade and read permissions — never withdrawal permissions. This means the bot can open and close positions, but it is technically impossible for us or anyone else to move your funds off the exchange. Your withdrawal credentials stay with you at all times. Additionally, we recommend whitelisting our server IPs on your API keys for an extra layer of security.

No — and you should be very skeptical of anyone who does. We guarantee the quality of our engineering: clean code, robust error handling, accurate backtesting, and reliable deployment. We provide transparent performance data from backtesting and, where available, live results. All trading carries risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Our role is to give you a well-built, well-tested system — not to predict markets.

We support 18+ exchanges including Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase Advanced, dYdX, Hyperliquid, KuCoin, Gate.io, Bitget, MEXC, and most DEXs (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Jupiter, etc.). If you use an exchange not listed here, ask us — we can usually integrate it if they have a REST/WebSocket API.

Yes — you receive full ownership of the source code with documentation. You can modify it yourself, or engage us for further development. All Professional and Enterprise clients get optimization calls during the support period where we adjust parameters based on live performance data. We also offer ongoing monthly retainers for clients who want continuous strategy evolution.

Delivery times depend on strategy complexity. Simple grid bots typically take 2–3 weeks. Arbitrage and multi-signal bots take 3–5 weeks. AI/ML systems and institutional market-making solutions take 4–8 weeks. These timelines include development, backtesting, and deployment. We provide weekly progress updates throughout the project.

Minimum capital varies by strategy. Grid bots can work from as little as $500. Arbitrage bots need at least $5,000 to be economically viable after fees. AI trend bots work from $2,000+. Market-making systems need $20,000+ to manage inventory effectively. We'll advise you on realistic capital requirements during the free consultation.

All packages include a support period — 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Professional. During support, we fix any bugs immediately, help with parameter adjustments, and monitor system health. After the support period ends, you can extend with our monthly retainer or request individual support packages as needed.
